That's why so many talented ppl left. Last yr company couldn't find good and talented ones so in a hurry it must have brought all the ..... in the world who didn't know how to do the Jobs in and raised the salaries for them too. Karma, lol.
Agree with the poster about comp and merit raises. We’re already being told not to expect anything good in February!
Good news. 15-20% cuts to year end comp. No raises and hiring freezes welcome to 2023.
I recently learned this too.
Brian Mor.on. is saying in other words we will let these mofos leave on their own . First, we will give them a shlitty raise that doesn't keep up with inflation. Second, we will cut the free lunch program. Third, we will continue to give them shlitty health benefits. Fourth, we will continue to promote incompetent and kiss azz people to management. These actions will reduce headcount naturally.
I get paid fairly well. I just do the bare minimum to not get fired. If I work twice as hard I dont get paid twice as much. Thats why I let all requests take up to the SLA, I give people the run around, etc and yet I am still meets/meets with no stress.
So read between the lines he wants you to leave on your own. He has no interest in paying you any sort of severance package. The only interest they currently have is to make your life miserable or let your performance get you fired. Not too mention the lower bonuses we are all about too see. Hope everybody enjoyed those free lunches!!!
How could a human run company be "NATURAL!!"....it doesn't make any sense.
