Managers are changing and can change your reviewers. This is a joke! What’s the point in selecting our own reviewers?
Dear manager- select them for us from the start and save us time

No, you don’t need to do it. You can continue to do nothing as usual. Apologize for waking you.
Read the instructions 3 times and take the average of your understanding.

“Just another”.
Remember, there’s never a charge for University of Phoenix graduates…
So… just how many are there in yours year end assessment?
According to my manager, she has to use it in ours year end assesment, so not sure if its voluntary.
If you don’t select people, the system does it for you. Like who would pick people likely to give a poor rating? It’s just silly.
Well It’s about time!
All of the layoff targets that we need can be found in the 8 redundant levels in middle management. Robin Vince could be a hero to Wall Street, shareholders and employees by cutting the 8 layers of do nothing redundancy.
One thing about Charlie Scharf… he was right on about excessive layers of grossly overpaid middle management.
It’s RV and top management’s idea that they can use an ‘Angie’s list’ style review from the community to rate people. And why? Because RV and top mgmt. believe there is too much middle management not adding value. If any L3 through L5 levels can be replaced by a ‘it takes a village’ mentality, then it’s more money saved and not spent. After 9/16, this will be the new justified reduction opportunity.
Its not mandatory. Just a other thing they encourage you to waste time doing but you dont have too
It’s not ‘mandatory’ but your participation is being tracked. It is also RV’s own initiative and idea so you’d best believe he’s going to track who did it and who didn’t.
There is literally 50+ multiple choice selections. This is insane?
Another tool to check who needs to be fired.
I was told if you don’t select who you want to evaluate you, the system automatically will so you’re better off selecting who you want to evaluate you. I was told it’s just a few multiple-choice questions…
It’s all d-mb. Just like the whole review process. Just select the people that you think will give you the best evaluation.
It says it's not mandatory, but Mike Keslar just said that participation will be watched closely, which I would take to mean you better do it unless you're ready to quit and just don't care any more.
if you don't select your "raters", your manager will.
I’m seeing conflicting things if it’s mandatory or not
