I heard we should know something by the end of the month about hybrid. Then it would go into effect at the first of the year. I’m current five days a week in office so this would be nice. I worry they will do something like Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the office and Tuesday, Thursday at home just to be mean. Had anyone heard anything yet? I’m in Charlotte not in a banking center and yes 5 days a week.

BM's probable approved hybrid plan will be 1 day a month, not a Monday or Friday or a day before or after a holiday.
RTO proposals were submitted to BM and he rejected them. That's why free lunch was extended.
@1zla+1jeFW4eq - unfortunately management team thinks they are doing really well! They just feed off each other and look to the stock price and awards, while lying to themselves about the reality of the employee experience with cr---y untrained managers.

The disconnect between management team and real employees is vast and growing -- just look at the gulf between our pay levels and theirs. Did you pay yourself a huge increase last year? or get one? Am guessing not.
Their proposal will suck, which will just pi-s more people off and those who been waiting to hear what they have to say about it will just leave for other opportunities with a reasonable and fair perspective on WFH.
they want you all fed up and quitting so they don't pay you a severance. don't take the bait. they know they are losing the battle longterm.

Does anyone remember when that survey was? May? Since when does it take FIVE MONTHS to make decisions from a survey? They’re pulling out leg. How many people have left since then
