It is a proof you don’t have COVID before returning to work. If you unfortunately get it later after back to work, company will need be responsible for that legally.
Unless company ask you to sign a waiver but I don’t think it will happen

They brought in a nurse to take temps. of every person that enters the building. Breaktime/lunchtime or even if you just ran to your car, when you come in you must have your temp taken.. Have not said anything about testing. (yet)

So you recommend that people should start taking a Covid test twice a day everyday before and after work? That would be the only way to sue your company and prove that you got sick at work....By the way, what about lunch breaks? Based on your “genius” logic, you must be tested before and after them also 🤣😆🤣
