I don’t mean to be racist, but I have been on calls with help support MANY times and can’t understand a damn word they’re saying. How ironic is it that the “help” desk barely speaks the same language. It is absolutely ridiculous. So, I just ignore the errors now and leave it for dead and move on. Why care? Clearly the bank doesn’t since they’ve decided to create a help source that is anything but helpful! Further enhanced by dwindling bonuses year after year after year. So sc--w it, and sc--w the “responsible” part of growth. $100,000,000 loan on a tar pit full of dead bodies in New Jersey? I love it, and think it should be $150,000,000 instead!

In today’s America, outsourcing isn’t the exception; it’s the 90% rule. Since the late 20th century, waves of globalization, trade liberalization, and rapid advances in communication technology have enabled U.S. companies to shift entire departments offshore or nearshore.

It is sold as cost cutting and efficiency, tapping lower wage labor markets, 24‑hour production cycles, and specialized skills abroad, but it also redefines corporate priorities. Many senior leaders use these moves to insulate themselves from operational risk, meet aggressive shareholder targets, and secure multi million‑dollar bonus packages.

The result is a structurally transformed job market at home, hollowed‑out local economies, and a workforce forced to adapt to a global wage race they did not sign up for.

(Pro Tip: Most of these so called CEO's and tech executives and senior leaders are W**)
