Bring back employee surveys!!!

UKG stopped surveying since they know the scores would be so low. The whole company is in complete chaos. Constant change in leadership. Most support teams in US have been laid off.
They are decommissioning systems and applications that are being used to support clients because it’s “too expensive”.
July 2026 would mark 2 years of Jennifer Morgan disaster leadership. Will see be out soon?

Surveys won’t matter. Prepare for massive layoffs this year into 2027. They are preparing for IPO.

Managers and team leads prerogative is to protect their favorite employees. What is the point of employees survey is it is not truly anonymous lmao. You will find it out that the hard working workers are being layoff whereas the ones don’t do much are staying because managers are bullsh!ting “statistics” to show their favorites are “good employees”.
Since UKG is so deep in AI, it shouldn’t be hard for leadership to understand who is doing the real work to take care of clients and not merely on “production numbers”.

Scott Scherr Glassdoor approval rating: over 90%
Jen Morgan Glassdoor approval rating: 45%

During townhall this week, she said UKG is VERY profitable (after laidoff 950 employees in April and 1/3 of workforce reduction since July 2024). Layoff seems to happen to every quarter at small scale.

They did a sync survey in February, I had to go through the results with members on my Team. I think an overall satisfaction survey isn’t needed, they already know people are unhappy. C-Suite has already said in emails that they’re aware change fatigue is real, but it’s gonna continue. Unless you’re completely miserable and have another opportunity, just su-k it up and milk them for the cheap / free healthcare and my god that 401k match is too good. Make sure to max it out. If they want me out, they can pay me.

I don’t think surveys will be back this year. She will be gone after she can monetize UKG via sale, IPO, etc for the PE’s. Profitability is improving so employee and customer satisfaction doesn’t matter.
