Waiting for things to change here for the better means wasting time. People don't leave after the first red flag, even when there are already a lot of red flags because they think the situation will change, but unfortunately that never happens. I tried my best to gain new skills here, but now I see that I'm not at all marketable and that WF doesn't mean much on my resume.

I stayed through all red flags!!
Finally .. leadership sat me in their office and told me I had two weeks to think about how I wanted this to end - me quitting after 16 yrs or me getting fired.
I took a week to think about it. I was ready but scared for change.
So glad I left.
So many changes so fast no regard for TMs who invested large chunks of their lives. I put in 16 years and quit because I was so miserable. Our STL Drew was telling people who complained that Walmart and McDonald’s are hiring.
@2dvk+1bguLPfc The OTS people were some of the most sadistic people I've ever encountered. Things have only gotten worse with Store Process.
About five. The last one was the first meeting we had with the OTS implementation team. I started looking that day. I walked out about a month later.
