We are meant to feel amazed at how down to earth they are, they cook for their families.

@4vtv Brian D was amazing. He pushed monitoring really hard in CMIST, setting the standard for the rest of the bank. He taught us that when you do monitoring right, you can determine why incidents happened.

Correct. And ‘EH’ has got to be the biggest failure of an L3 ever. He epitomizes waste, loud noises, passing the blame, bombast and zero leadership.
