@2pzj, you don't know what racism is. But if you look at the number of slaves in the world today, you'll never guess which company does the most needful with them.

The amount of blatant racism in these comments is disgusting. Why don't you bigots stop hiding behind an anonymous post and share your name.

@B8Bd

They may cost less to employ on paper (salary) but that paper ignores the much lower productivity, the added overhead from needing to hand hold and double check work, the 137 annual festival, religious and political holidays India gets, all of which the C-suite ignores.

I think the Pune and Chennai teams are as smart and hard working as teams in any other country. But the hard truth about making them a "growth center" is the fact that they cost the Bank about 80% less to employ.

Laughing..... What is the goal of BRICS?

Great people!

Please advise how you became such a jaded racist. Get to know your offshore teammates. They are wonderful and positive coworkers and they work hard and commit to their jobs daily to make a real difference.

In Pine, er Pune, they know how to spell Pune.

No American or European client wants to have to interact with the back office of the world (India).

The sooner AI can be taught to do those jobs the faster we can stop pretending that India is a growth location.

Excellent news. I’ve always been impressed by the skillsets and great attitude in Pune. They’re smart, accurate and efficient unlike the ugly American who misspelled Pune as Pine. It’s hilarious how much better educated they are than most young Americans raised on participation trophies and every kid a straight A scholar.

I’m going with Pune… go team, welcome aboard and kick @ss.

I'm sure it's not code rap compliant since nothing happens in Pune without kickbacks and political favors.
