What's the avg Band 5 Bonuses in GTO???..Does every band 5 get a bonus? Also, How do people get title changes. I see all my peers getting title promotions but not me..even though i had great reviews every year...is it because I am not asking for it??

Title change is sham, mostly no raise......
Band 5 bonuses are not fixed - depends on salary,if base is over 150k, do not expect more than 5k, if its rather in lower 100s it can be around 8-9k.
And band 5 does not necessarily means VP,you can be AVP as well with band 5.
Make sure you order business cards once you get VP plus.

You should definitely talk to your manager about title promotions If that is a goal of yours. Generally, you need to take on extra projects and show lots of initiative to earn one, but some bosses are just more generous than others with title promotions.
i'm a VP and i've never gotten more then $7k. Back in the day at Merrill, I used to get $10k.
Titles are only awarded once a year and you usually have to have at least one exceed rating
Title doesn't mean much compensation wise but b1tch3$ love it.
Gut feeling is $0 to $8k. Title generally does not mean much compensation wise.
