I am disappointed with my pay, especially when I consider how much experience I have and how overworked I am. I've been here for a long time and my responsibilities and overload have grown much more than the pay.
If you feel comfortable to share, I would like to know how much your pay has increased from when you first came here till today?

Jeez, I was an L and my base was 142K. No raise for my last 5 years. Yeah, I knew I was being ripped off.
L mid 2010’s $250k total to M $265k
@6qvt, the sad thing is that for you to BREAK EVEN with the 135K you made 7 years ago, you should be making over 165K now.
155K, up from 135K in 7 years
Started 2016 as an H on £22k. Now a J on £40k
@yse, that's hilarious.
Started at 32.6k 13 years ago. At 98k as a J now in low cost NA geo. Looking at a promotion soon supposedly.
All races have people of all different types of characteristics… The U.S. has been post racial for at least 60 years. The boomers eliminated racism… we thought for good. Sadly recent DEI initiatives, started initially of all places by racist policies at Harvard, are leading us into a new era of racism.
You break it you bought it.
Started in 2018 at $50k in ops at level G, now level I in a relationship management function making $100k plus ~$40k bonus. Happy with my transition out of operations into something more suitable to my personal interests. Pay increase was a good thing too.
Started at $42k 18 years ago. $125k now. I’m not mad about it.
I sincerely think it would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks for the great contributions of the Black community to our society. Their peaceful and generous nature make them ideal neighbors, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other culture. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people. Real estate values are fueled by the mix of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nature of these communities, an example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self- improvement by hard work and a self-reliant can-do nature. Without their industrious and creative drive, we would be poorer as a nation
