How come there isn’t any comment here about BE taking over ops? Posts removed by moderators? We all know what’s going to happen next.

If moving Ops to India is the solution, I question the problem definition.
Wow. I came here because I thought for sure folks would be planning for the incoming bloodbath after Todd put ops under tech leadership. @OP+16NSQztN Is wrong cuz turns out there’s no need for censorship because everyone's comfortably asleep. All those pointless “on track” security blankets have dulled folks. If you’re in ops then you’ve got maybe a 1/5 chance of keeping your job In the next 3 years. It’s going to India or it’s going to be eliminated. What do you think all the senior mgt tech ops workshops starting next week are about? Move out from advertisement

This is probably aligned with the moving of 1/2 of all OPS resources to India
Skynet !!
Dont get caught with your head stuck in the sand. Obviously they are not going to do each others job. They are under one person so tech can automate ops jobs faster and save $$$$ so Todd can please the market and get a big bonus.
Tech and ops is not going to merge. This is fake news. Tech is stretched so thin right now there is no way that tech can handle any ops workload. Same with ops. There's no way ops can handle any tech workload. They are 2 different worlds separated for good reason. BNY mellon needs triple the number of its current staff just to support Office 365.
