Could someone provide the meeting minutes of the most recent board meeting or provide a copy of the agenda and recap of the meeting.

This is defamation against current senior executives. You should be careful.
I might imaging the board meeting consists of a simple reading of all the s-xual harassement lawsuits filed against senior execs. That would eat up the full agenda.
Seriously. No one here would know that. If someone says they know, it is just nonsense. Only the Board members, the Secretary of the company, and the Secretary of the CEO. And none of them post here. This isn't a public company; they are not required to share the minutes of the meeting with their employees.
