@265 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are strategies and practices focused on creating a welcoming and fair environment for all individuals, especially those who have historically been marginalized. You can't compare DEI to losing an arm or leg, the days of DEI are over.
@265 you just proved their point that you don't know what DEI means. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion means, among other things, accommodating people with disabilities. So if you lost a limb, you would feel differently. Try using that brain you claim to be gifted with.
