We now have more Vice Chairman's than business leaders - we have a Chief Growth Officer who NEVER grew anything ever and a Chief Performance Officer who presided over the largest DECLINE in performance in the companies history. You can't make this up. Isn't the CHRO supposed to be in charge of organization structure? Time for Takis to clean house with all of this overhead.

Guy needs to go. For Fiserv as a company he is a horrible person (I can't comment outside of the company, but his comment that he doesn't even eat dinner with his family is telling). He doesn't care about the employees and I question if he even cares about the company. All he cares about is bragging rights, money and power. He is a perfect example of why Fiserv is a bad company to work for now and how NYC and former JP Morgan execs have destroyed what was an ok company in the past.
@g8 Nothing humbles a man like a little demotion. He went from FIG chair to whatever….if it were me, I’d be throwing a fit. Something in him shifted since then, he’s making more eye contact and speaking slowly. What do these MCs do anyway? Can they make any more worst calls each day. MC more like musical chairs where the music never stops , everyone just keeps power-walking in a circle collecting a paycheck/ bonus, and the chairs are optional.

What about Andrew Gelb, he got layered and is still on the company website as MC - what bs, we all know he got demoted - why the gaslighting from HR to put him on the website.

Promoted to irrelevancy. Give a big title but no day to day responsibilities. When was the last time Guy provided a tech update- 2 years?
I was on an INC and it got promoted to a 2. Suddenly people were popping in demanding an update. All said the same thing- I have to give Srini an update ASAP. That told me who's in charge at this moment. Not Guy or Pete.
The three executives are the emergency backup options when TG departs.
The whole make up of the MC is weird. Three execs who support FIG, 0 for merchant. As you say three vice chairman is a joke - what do they do? Growth officer and performance officer, no head of APAC, new CTO announced by ML before he left and not listed but old one is. Gotta think more change coming.
