I left last year in my own time. job search took 5 months. It was hard but so worth it.
At a place with a 15% increase and all cash bonus - no rsu that lose value after you get them
I encourage you all to put in the time and effort to get out. The longer you stay the harder it will become to exit.

imo We’re on borrowed time, but as long as our badges work we’re good for another day. The job market su-ks and no one wants to be a new employee at a different company right now. If the AI bubble bursts then the market might get better.

Perfectly reasonable, really. There’s an awful lot happening at the moment, and even more change on the horizon. I genuinely hope the right areas feel the impact, because this place desperately needs it. Elevate already looks set to be dead on arrival, for reasons that go well beyond Takis having a personal dislike of it — hardly a surprise.

At this point, you either keep your head down and crack on, or you do what I’m doing and get the job search underway. Several years of nonsense, moving goalposts, and endlessly propping up VPs and SVPs who couldn’t explain what’s going on in their own departments — it’s all finally catching up with me.

What level are you? Trying to understand scope. No disrespect here. I am sorry you feel this way, hopefully it’s better for you soon

Deep breath. Just another Monday. We’ve been riding this roller coaster for a while now. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t it doesn’t. Unfortunately, you or I aren’t in charge of that decision.
