I'm tired of leadership acting like Verizon is a great place to work when we all know the reality is completely different. The facade is going to crumble sooner or later.

It used to be …. The old baby bells were great companies they took good care of employees and you started low and worked your way higher in the company . The union was damn good back then as well … management was pretty good caz they all had done the job previously and didn’t forget …. When they did pull cr-p the union chewed them up and sp-t them out . A world of difference in 25-30 years .
