They cut the people, but they don't cut the work. So the rest of us are left trying to do the same amount with fewer hands. We're now all stretched way too thin and I can feel people burning out. I'm honestly worried that some of the remaining team members will decide it's not worth it and leave, and then those of us left will be in an even worse situation.

@ar davey boy has made it known both public and private how much he hates home office associates and hates coming to saint louis. The sooner he can gut this place and move HQ to new york the better for him. He will never move to tempe or st louis and live among us midwestern peasants.
@OP Yep. Then other teams that have been decimated by the clown show end up pushing their work to other teams barely staying afloat. "Just hire more people from india and use AI" is the standard talking point from our dipsh-t directors and GPs above them. Common sense is no longer allowed here because speaking out against the stupidity and reckless decisions is considered "bad for muh culture" and doesn't "align with our strategic vision." 🤡 ...We're going to keep getting our name mentioned in the news now and it won't be for the great things PP is doing.
Well said. Based on how DC let it slip in that 2024 townhall that “we should be grateful to have our jobs”, the ELT is counting on remaining associates feeling like they have no choice but to stay and pick up the slack after layoffs.
It’s no accident that they timed this during the current job market that’s hard on employees. They are such a$$holes.
