I've heard that management is tracking our in-office time. If you're logging less than 8 hours, your manager will likely reach out with a warning. They're looking for 7-8 hours minimum, and they're also monitoring coffee badge activity.

This is why I left. They're using it to push people who are competent to do their job from anywhere out. Losing a lot of institutional and client knowledge, but saving buckaroos on their precious Minimum Wage pay structure.
While they continue to line their and their Minions pockets to enrich themselves.

Anyone know what frequency the chips are being read at? Ie will a 13.56 rdif blocker shut it down?
They can’t pull actual times without an investigation being initiated first and you being made aware, but doesn’t meant they can’t track your total number of swipes a day, which is what they are looking at.

We track every movement, including your bowel movement. Rumor has it that anyone sitting on the toilet longer than 2 minutes will be forced to use PTO.
I can’t tell you how many “vacation days” I wasted on Bank of America because of the utter incompetence of this place. You can’t even have a “sick day” without having to spend it working from home.
