BURNT OUT

This place has burnt me out to the core. My team is expected to work all of our waking hours; nights, weekends, holidays. All because of pi-s poor management and not even so much as a thank you. Yes I could quit but that’s easier said than done, I’m the sole provider for my family and the job market isn’t exactly great right now. I truly feel like this place is going to ki-l me. I want my life back

@OP - don’t get overly distressed. I was in your shoes until April. An excellent performer (if I may so myself), I always went above and beyond ruining my weekends too. They compensated me well but it did come at a steep personal cost (think health ailments). In the end, they did not treat me well at all and one day suddenly cut loose. Please learn from my experience. No point serving BNy like a slave. Maintain your limited . Do just a bit more but do not go mad. It is not worth the pain.

They also don't pay overtime if u work more hours.. doesn't impress them if u work on vacation time either. just do bare minimum. they will replace u in a heartbeat

That is the way the company has always been. They expect you to work 50-60 or more hours a week because they don’t care about you only what you contribute. Then again you are not even a person!! You are just a number to them and very disposable! Get out and find another job as soon as you can
