Pulse survey is just a way for them to say "we see you, we hear you" when in fact not seeing or hearing anything we are saying. They think that we are going to fall for this BS gaslighting.

@ds I am also coasting on easy mode because there is no point to being a high performer for a couple of extra bucks. Bare minimum all the way…
@ds Now you know why most of the company is made up of people on 'easy mode'.

@dr - It does make me want to quit... they changed a lot of sh-t that affects my quarterly bonus. The bonus for top performance helps make up for the low base pay but now they have drastically reduced it by making it much, much harder to get.
This has shifted my mindset... last year I had an overall positive view of the company but this year, they have made a lot of terrible decisions with little care about their associates. Instead of giving them what they want, which is to make us quit, I'm going to concert all of my effort into cutting corners and doing the bare minimum amount of work every day; while extracting as much money out of the company as possible with the least amount of stress. Being a high performer is no longer rewarded, so I will coast on easy mode until I switch jobs or they lay me off.
They literally calculate how many people are actually going to quit when they make a change that is basically demoting them. The head of WI talked about it in a presentation.
Last year they legit said it to our faces that they don’t give a f about everyone’s complaints around rto. Will be the same thing this year. They know how we feel, they just don’t care.
Think the only way we'll really be seen and heard is by leaving anonymous reviews on Indeed/Glassdoor.
