I used the upward feedback to hold my incompetent bosses accountable. In two months, I got my pink slip.

If you REALLY want to give upward feedback, then do it on your end of year review. Take your end of the year review and make the review about you assessing the performance of your upper management, instead of it being a self assessment about you. It’s a great way to engineer your layoff so you can move onto better things
