It’s a dumpster fire of a product marketing team with vile, sleazy leadership. One Industry PSM Sr Director had her entire team reassigned due to her toxic and inhumane treatment of her staff. The fact this Sr Director was not impacted by the RIF but other good people in PSM were tells you everything you need to know about the horrible culture of ServiceNow.
@bc That's how layoffs work, unfortunately. If they are performance-based, they aren't layoffs.
