What happened to the new badge that they were supposed to roll out in March? Rumor was it was going to cut down on swiping and leaving.
Did that project lose funding?

I received the new badge in Q1. Still here.
Didn't blow up or explode or anything.
It's not made of Kryptonite.
The badges aren’t to monitor attendance. THEY USE YOUR LOGIN CONNECTIONS TO DO THAT IF THEY REALLY WANT TO DIG IN! They know when you’re logged in at home be in office.. not sure why this isn’t common sense.
some offices already have badge out functionality.
What's next? Chipping us??
Will the chip display the Bank logo?
@cjs+1tV73nxC - FAKE NEWS!!! There is no regulatory-required 5 days in office Jan 1. (now, if our bank or your manager is a douche, then that is a different topic.)
In my city and location, we were issued new badges in March. Total snore-fest, non event.
They cannot require us to "badge out" b/c that is Endangerment and Safety Hazard.
Non starter.
Can you even imagine the lawsuits resulting from having to "badge out" in a Tornado, Flood, Earthquake, 9/11 Te------t scenario,
Common sense. C'mon, think about it. (they aren't THAT stupid) (or are they....?)
Why don’t managers actually manage. That would solve alot of problems.
How would a new badge alter people's behavior?
No need for new badges now since they will move to 5 days a week in office starting Jan 1
