I wonder how many of us will institute personal boundaries when we go back 100% in September? I will not be working remotely at all - this means I won't be doing anything outside of 9 AM - 5 PM EST. If you can't be flexible with me, then I am not going to be flexible with you Fidelity. Why should I be getting up early to have a meeting with offshore, struggling to get my kids on the bus, and then have a long commute just to take calls with people on zoom?

@d1 severance is not expensive, it is based on base salary, it is a drop in the bucket but yes attrition is the goal
good luck with that attitude. It won't end well.
installs be starting at 4:30 and 5 im gone, done or not.
When you look at different firms on this site- everyone is saying the same thing. No one likes working in the office but where do you go? They, meaning executive management has you, kiss the ring
They want us to quit without severance. The severance packages are very expensive both financially as well as visually to the industry. Good analysis told them with specific actions these will be the likely results. Hence the plan has to be: X % severances, Y % attrition.
1000% my plan. Teams and Outlook will be removed from my phone as well. Wake up with a sick kid and need the day off? Phone my superior like it's 1998 (no email because we've gone back in time to the office, and) and let them know I'll be absent, and to have fun covering the client meetings I'm scheduled for.
