@jx Yes they come early in the morning around 5:30 to 6:30 am. It is stupid also cause its obvious and then you have to join this useless meeting with corporate BS around 9 am where these decisions were difficult and they act like they care. Just be an adult, send an email where to contact HR so people can move on, not wait 3 hours for a meeting to tell someone what they already know.

My understanding is that they come in around 6 in the morning on the day of. Open to correction though. Try to get a good night's sleep.

@cx Not really, economy is not bad at all. Job market is really good. Most of the folks laid off already got the job. As long as anyone prep for interviews, get all the interview questions/answer and add your experience to it. Use LinkedIn and manually applying to companies websites, prepare well like you are in school and above all be confident, dress nice and smile with confidence you have the job. Best Wishes to all!

Guys please don't worry for any incoming events, stay calm and cool. One door closed thousands doors opens. I am former employee layed off recently. One thing for sure you will have your life back.
