Does anyone know with the new plan, will they payout unused vacation? It would be nice. And with P-M coming the end March, when will those layoffs happen?

I was laid off in 2024 so received the 2 weeks for every year of service SUB - has that changed?
Need info: how long before it is safe to give Notice period without it threatening to trigger clawback/payback of Bonus and 401k match? Thank you

At BNY, not since Jan 2024.
I’ve never seen it abbreviated P-M either. The way I keep seeing it spelled on here looks like thelayoff is blocking letters of an inappropriate word.
It’s pretty standard for companies to pay out any unused vacation days accrued in the same year (aka 2025) but not any days rolled over or sick days
How does someone at BNY not know?
Thanks for the direct answer.
To the person that asks why someone doesn't know, probably because we don't spell it that way. Also unless it affects you, it doesn't affect you, at least it doesn't yet.
It definitely doesn't touch everyone... my friends have heard of it but it's not in their area yet, but it doesn't touch everyone.. also because it's actually called P-M. I guess the next question is why is it abbreviated on this platform.
Will this come up in dreamboat Dermie’s big
P-M meeting less than 2 weeks? Where we hear about how great and flawless P-M is doing? This should be a critical topic, money says it won’t get touched.
If you work at BNY how do you not know what P-M is??
Platform operating model
what does p-m mean?
Seen it on many posts.. not tracking.. thx
Unused vacations are not paid (only when required by some states) since Jan 2024 as per policy.
Typo meant P-M
