I heard from my contacts that your contacts are having fun feeding you false information and half-truths. My contacts also say that your operations are chaotic and that you need new leadership. Also heard you are selling your property and are downsizing. BS sales way way down.

When you reference field management in the west are you talking about Regional Office management or EVP?
My last day at the company can't come soon enough. Taking the lump sum while it is left. Mutual been good to me but the last 2 yrs its been brutal. Been here for 30+ yrs and the new field management in the west especially is the WORST. His top people are leaving in droves. No training. No thank yous. No job well done. Nothing. It is demoralizing. Not fun anymore. Reshuffling the deck has failed. VPs overseeing Client Relations area is not up to the job. Lots of inside politics and political posturing. Lots of nepotism and favortism because people need a job they are not qualified for. Many longtimers are on the way out soon. Take the lump sum while you can.

Heard some reorg with Cap Management and brown harriman and Istl Funds. Operations area still chaotic. Needs new leadership. Heard boca property is being sold. Tons of region offices slated to close or downsize in 1-2 yrs. Plan sales way way down.
