@kn I know right! Why do we pay CEOs so much simply because they attended an Ivy League school? An elite degree doesn’t automatically translate into being a good leader. I think CEO pay should be tied to measurable results — the revenue and value they actually bring to the company. Instead, we often see the opposite: executives collecting outsized compensation despite presiding over major failures.

@kx nvm. Read it wrong. I hope it’s former as well.. it’s midnight and my brain is already asleep.

@km wow former? Seriously!? Staying for what to make you the next CEO? I’m not sure if you’re a brave heart or fan boy. Either way, kudos on being one-of-a-kind…

I still cannot believe ML got a $70 million compensation package. What a world we live in where that's accepted.

"Suryadevara has an SEC-disclosed contractual right to resign for “Good Reason” because Mike Lyons ceased serving as Fiserv CEO within 12 months of her start date. If she properly exercises that right, her $15 million make-whole equity award receives favorable vesting protection: the RSUs keep vesting and the PSUs vest at target regardless of actual performance."

She has a pretty strong incentive to leave but could always negotiate into staying. I really hope the former.

@gy I think gossip/rumor based on her contract which stated she gets paid out on her stocks if ML left within a certain amount of time after she started. Would you stay if you could walk away with $15m+ for doing nothing??

@ez how is that guy not under investigation already? It’s like he executed the firm,The informant and Enron all at once. How do we not have a Netflix docu series? let’s just worry about how much we’re going to get when we leave. Hmm not even 0.01M. Well played FB

@d5 buddy you’ve got no sense of time? I’ve got a great sense of time, I know exactly how many months it’s been since things went downhill.

@ck rumor is it will be announced this week. Not a shocker considering she still gets her huge payout.

Nope. There are a lot of bigger Enrons out there than Fisesv.

I doubt ML left with a lot of cash. All his options were probably so far underwater he'd need a submersible to find them
