Unfortunately I know people like you. Is it really so hard to simply be an honest and helpful coworker? Try taking the high road, be a professional and discuss the group’s Job grades with your manager. Ask your manager how you can advance to a higher grade.
there is a workers rate report if you can get your hands on it. it has blended rates for every employee and the grade, location, job role, etc.
Related, is there a way to find a coworkers letter grade?
Interested in this as well. The ones I know who were impacted last week appear to all be above 45.
