Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Ford still a top heavy company and counting...

Ford just interested in cutting high wage employees, shipping work outside of country and hiring H1B's...

Why purchase a non American product?

Ford is actually lean especially in the management rolls when you consider the workload they have.

Your Ford Credit Customer Service is also mostly out of country. They should have stuck with Mexico if they were going to keep hiring reps out of the U. S. At least they could handle all of the calls now they are hiring Panama reps nonstop but our call volume for calls holding is way up due to Panama reps only working easier US calls while the U. S is working Ford Pro and Canada calls. Most of the Mexico reps went from regular customer service calls to Loss Prevention and Collection calls. We now have more escalated calls due to customers refuse to speak to the Panama employees or cannot understand them. They hear the calls and the unhappiness of the customers when they monitor calls but apparently that does not matter.
