With 250 layoffs in the past 18 months, 40% of all employees remaining are looking for a new job. As the year accelerates, more top talent will leave and client defections will continue at a slow burn pace but down from the last two years. The company has lost its niche in the non profit community.

@hf Liability. Perfect example of why the original post here is accurate. The management team is full of gaslighters obviously too busy worrying about others rather than focusing on their own issues.
