Anybody in the know hear about pending layoffs? Kinda hoping to hold off for layoff rather than resign

Federal laws trump state laws here...Into to law and social studies clears this up...its becoming clear vax or get axxed..anyone listen to our investment group when they give us an update about economy and even about vaccinations? Probably not I take it...vaccination requirements are established law and the noise is just silly
There are states that have executive orders on the books against mandates.The bank is going to have to deal with that and there will be massive lawsuits.By the way there are lots of jobs that are saying you do not have to be vaccinated. Go look. Anyone saying that everyone will have to be for a future employment is full of s***.

While you make great points, I can assure you, everyone will need to be vaccinated to be able to work in 2022. I don’t think you understand what’s really happening. Those who deny the vax will be dealt with. Those that obeyed will buy a little time, but not much.

They are having difficulties filling new roles… why do you believe there are layoffs coming? (Terminating associates who disobey corporate policy are not “layoffs”).
I think the bulk of layoffs are going to be people who refuse to get vaccinated. But there will be no severance or unemployment. Yes, they can make the rules and yes, they can fire you for not following them. All by design.
