I hate my job. I hate it a little more every single day. Nothing ever improves, things just keep getting worse. Being forced to RTO is just the latest in a long line of things that make me want to throw up every time I think about work. I can't believe there was a time when I enjoyed working here. Seems like it was a lifetime ago.

Everyone complaining here about being “forced” to RTO. Guess what? Those working in the retail banking side of the business didn’t have the pampered option of working from home. Quit your whining and start a little more empathizing.
I've also been to the point, in the past, where it was a challenge coming to work based on the toxicity of the environment. Thankfully it was during a time in which things outside of work, and in the world, were very stable. If you've gotten to the point where all you see is negative, I hope you take advantage of the counseling services the bank offers or find someone to talk to. There is a lot of mental stress going on in the world right now.
