Everyone that I actually speak to in real life would prefer a hybrid scenario.

GIS monitors the site and actions based on content it deems necessary to counter.
The bank actually has a group within GIS that gets paid to troll the internet and try to remove or counter negative comments. I doubt the person posting here is bright enough to work there and may not even work for the bank.
Seriously, they need to purge every RTO/Vax/No Vax trolls. They serve no purpose
Paid trolls since the Nov 1 announcement. They showed up like flies on sht.
It's one HR intern in Charlotte, feverishly doing as told: build online propaganda to make ti seem like everyone wants RTO.
Everyone who frequently visits this site can tell there are ~2 trolls who posts the same garbage and like/dislike posts. Could be just 1 person on a 2nd device in all likelihood. Guess boredom sinking in for them until election year so can get back to MAGA activities.
Hybrid doesn't mean you stay home everyday.
It is just repetitive posts and replies by one or two people that are pro RTO for whatever reason, or just to troll.
In reality less than 10% of those that are in non-customer facing roles want 5 days/week RTO. Back office floors are about 10-15% occupied right now which proves this point.
@sjs+1dBGqWgW in your dreams you are going back to normal ....
They aren't. The craziest scream the loudest.
So suddenly people are putting the interests of the business over their own personal interests?
People would rather:
Spend hrs commuting
Spend money on gas
Spend money on parking
Spend money on childcare
Spend money on clothes and eating out
Have less flexibility
Have less time spent with family
None of this aligns with what people actually want. The fact that there are dozens of the same sorts of posts, extolling the positives of RTO seems really bizarre. Especially since the shared sentiment (everywhere but this site it seems) is that people want a hybrid scenario.
Things have changed, to go against the current of that is ridiculous.
because we want to go back to normal
