Been to dozens of major Town Halls, pay attention, submit questions and sometimes direct emails for clarification.
Sorry, I think that your team huddles up in a local conference room or a 7 participant Webex. No Tractor Boy.
No delusion. He exists and is very high up in the organization. If you ever sat in on a town hall you would know of whom I speak 😎😷

Someone, somewhere, somehow has become obsessed with someone whom they term “Tractor Boy”. This seems to be delusional.
A reflection of a system within a country that is broken.
Did it say what it was admired for? That's an important detail. Could be for having the weakest management team but still stays alive. Or maybe admired for keeping the promise to Alexander Hamilton to not change anything until he returned from the duel.
It's all about the ESG scores, go woke or go broke.
It is to be admired if you are form the Charlie school of cutting costs, weeding out people, and squeezing the regular workers to do the work of multiple people on the cheap. From a CEO standpoint, I suppose it is impressive from a cutthroat standpoint.
