So glad we have a mental health professional on the thread. Thank you for the diagnosis Dr. Phil. If all people really wanted was revenge, there are far more creative and effective ways to handle that. No, most people just want the “so called” leaders to stop gaslighting everyone and be accountable. And stop acting as if they didn’t play a role in what happened and how people were treated. Layoffs happen. It’s an unfortunate part of the business world. It’s how people are treated when it happens that matters. Most people on this site don’t wish the company ill. In fact, it’s the opposite. Most dedicated their professional lives to that company. They gave everything to help the company be successful. They worked dilligently for years because they believed in the company’s mission. Only to have that loyalty trampled on by a few poor leaders who made bad decisions. And when some of these “so called” leaders continue to tout how great they are and how much they really do care about employees well-being and treating people with respect and dignity, the hypocrisy needs to be called out. If reading the truth makes somone uncomfortable, maybe it’s his/her own reflection they’re reacting to. Maybe we can ALL move on, once the gaslighting stops.

@1rj What happened to Doyle ? Did she get hired on by another firm ? Dealing with all the underperforming RVPs and their Sales Reps must have been so difficult and taken its toll. What is up with Alcatraz. I mean Alvarez? Makes big bucks for bringing in no one. Him and Bailey have become invisible

Hi Mike. Anger, bitterness, and a desire for "revenge" often lead people down a dark path. For your own mental health, move on.

Favors didn’t destroy the company. That was Heckle & Jeckle , Festy and Greed, but she is responsible for dismantling an effective HR department. Ironically, she touts herself as a leader but she’s far from it. Only cares about her image on LinkedIn to her inner circle of sycophants. Interpret that as you like, but she managed to get rid of all the old talent because she wanted to bring in her propele. Forget the layoffs, she let Kira Doyle walk bc she didn’t value anyone who had been there for years. Kira was one of the most talented people on that staff and she did NOTHING to keep her. Favors is a phony and a bullsh-t artist. All style, no substance.

@14k

Who are you, his agent? Why does anyone care about Conway, and if he is related or not?

Classic MOA. MOA has been a gossip center for decades.

If we still had Mike Conway in HR, we wouldn't have all the missteps that we have had with the current CHRO and Director of Compensation. Chris Conway was a great guy and a class act. A true gentleman. Will Conway reminds you of Dustin Hoffman in Rainman. Apparently all no relation to Tim Conway. Hopefully, they get someone from the outside who will get rid of those two EVP goons running the East and West. Their performance has been abysmal. They had their chance. Need new field leadership and clean out 6 out of the 12 current RVPs. Time for them to get their: Severin-ance packages.

@w3

He was fully capable and competent. That is the reason he he was laid off.

It's the Mutual way ! LOL.

Mike Conway is not related in any way to Will. Mike was the only person on HR that actually knew what he was doing. He was fully capable and competent, but that didn't keep him from getting laid off.

Chris Conway is Will's son.

@v9

LMAO

You make it sound like it is important to know that. Personally, I do not give a rat's a-s.

Have you ever investigated whether he is related in some form? Probably not.

@te Duh. Maybe you should be able to differentiate between Mike Conway, not a nepo baby and Chris Conway.

@sd

Yes, he is a nepo-baby. He is the son of the former EVP of sales. DUH!

@r3 Mike Conway was not a nepo baby and has not been affiliated with the Company for some time. He was a first rate HR manager and asset to the company.
