Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

chaos ensuing, leaders MIA

I find it almost eerie that chaos is ensuing around us, yet the bank's leaders are essentially invisible. In meetings, when asked, we are given the same high-level answers regarding RTO. They are avoiding the fact that numbers are high and workers are seriously concerned. All I keep hearing is how the bank is moving forward with RTO (period). I see a vision here of BM, arms crossed, nose up in the air, stubborn, earplugs in. I just don't get it. Every news headline is riddled with COVID news and how bad it is out there, yet there stand our leaders-earplugs in, arms crossed. Every meeting, the questions are the same-RTO-WHY?-Leaders-earplugs in, arms crossed-same uncaring answers. It's just wrong. They see what we see, but it seems as if they are just going into their offices and slamming the doors on it all. Actions speak louder than words-the survey numbers are so wrong. I dare them to re-do the survey now. It would not be NOT be good. We need a millennial to run this company! Someone who cares about the people, open to new ideas, environmentally friendly, forward thinking. This company is stuck in the past. None of this works anymore.

@wqy+1cwMJyMb One only needs 1 shot of J&J, so if they get the J&J jab, they are not consider fully vaccinated? Ain't gonna get no mRNA jabs on top of the J&J. BofA needs to be explicit on that. And even then, BofA (or CDC) would then change it that one MUST have the 2 (and subsequent boostet) Pfizer shots for one to be "fully vaccinated" and/or for the vax passport or be valid.

I have to put some tag words here so the algorithm doesn't flag the post and delete it: layoffs, management, GT&O (sorry gto), BofA, Plano, Charlotte, senior management, useless and re.tarded. , Previous post was deleted and these guys monitoring this site are getting ridiculous. Let's see if the post lasts, here we go:

We need reliable information from experts to make the right decision, not bureaucrats, empty suits and useless propaganda from .gov and MSM, we need the breakdown between vaxxed and unvaxxed, the efficiency of the vax and the long term implications. BTW, cdc considers you fully vaxxed 2 weeks after your second shot, so if you go ti.ts up next day after your 2nd shot you are considered unvaxxed. OP is correct, the baton has to be handed over to a more competent, younger more humanitarian crowd that will value the benefits of WFH, from a personal level, locally and globally (resources, pollution, global warming, less congestion, better work-balance for workers...etc). How's that for a woke agenda?

time for layoffs or people to walk out is near before the books close for the year and bottom lines show expenses are down...you're all nothing but #s to please shareholders.
