More like corroboration. Just go along with all the id--tic polices being forced on us. It's not like the company every empowered any of their "managers", much less all employees.

No, Collaboration is a code word for one overworked S.M.E. stuck training a team of dunces who have actively avoided ever learning their jobs for years. It never works out, as is obvious here, and they then resurface on this board whining about layoffs.
Collaborate with people you cant understand... change the name of the bank and be honest. This is hardly NY or US Bank.
Nothing like “collaboration” to delay work from being done. “Collaboration” is a code word for gossip, BS, and hypothesis on ideas that make no sense. If “collaboration” was all I needed to do my job why does a job require experience or a degree? In all fairness it can be quite funny watching a bunch of people who know a lot of nothing “collaborating” like their ideas are important and everyone’s opinion should be heard, all while on a “teams” call with people from other offices of course.
It would be nice if the upper crust understood what us peons did.
