Layoff severance question

Previously laid off employees, did you get a lump sum payout or salary replacement where you were paid every two weeks?

T-Mobile has set up new pay registers at all food locations at the OP campus. “Lunch on us” has been laid off.

To be honest with one of the busiest years coming up at T-Mobile, I don't believe layoffs are in the near future.... We are all just working in a bad work environment causing this level of anxiety. Bad leadership.

Alumni discount contract (Fall 2023)

Does anyone have the Alumni discount plan agreement Tmo made with laid off employees in the fall of 2023? Going up $5 a line (for my 6 lines) after only 6 months is a slap in the face to someone that worked for the company for over a decade.

I find them totally useless. Decisions are arbitrary. It’s all red tape resulting in plenty of wasted time.
