How is TMO informing us?
What is the method of layoff communication? Are they doing mass conf calls, is your direct management contacting you directly, or are they just emailing you with separation information? Just trying to be prepared. For what to expect.
What criteria did they use to evaluate engineers performance
I have confirmed with multiple sources that they didn't receive any feedback from your direct manager or even the senior manager. So, how can they assess our performance if they don't even know our names?
What about orgs that were affected in previous rounds?
Somebody said their org was hit again, is that even possible? I thought every org that was affected was already told it was now safe. Did I misunderstand?
