Trapped

I think about driving into traffic every single day. I despise this place.

TMO lost its way

I know for a fact that TMO had layoffs between 2020 and 2023. Many on this forum stated they were impacted. We know year over year TMO has declined employee roster. We know that they also are hiring. 1-3% attrition rate is complete cr-p for... — read more

I was hired six months ago

If I'm laid off, will I get any kind of severance? Can somebody point me to where I could find that info if nobody here knows? I'm asking because I left a decent job to switch to T-Mobile for better pay and now I'm worried I'm going to lose... — read more

How Much MORE? Happy Employee Appreciation Week

I am currently working 70+ hours a week. I am salary exempt and if I have a conversation with my leaders, I will simply be coached on time management. T-Mobile has eliminated most of my peers and the workload is piling! T-Mobile speaks of work like... — read more

What a difference "IN" makes

Last year's annual report: "employee tolerance" to changes is a risk factor for TMO. This year's report: "employee intolerance." Como se dice, "management failure?"

Bonus Day is almost here…

How much did you get? How much raise? I heard 2% raise was the average which sounds like bullsh;t since inflation is up 8%. That’s a pay reduction not an increase. F’n clowns 🤡

4,000 were let go last year- now we know

A 5% reduction. From 75,000 employees at the end of 2021 to 71,000 as of the end of 2022. See the "10-K" reports. Another 5% this year would be 3,500 more people.

On a smaller team? Not for long.

T-Mobile is doing a lot of cost reduction. All teams are being looked at and reviewed. If it’s not critical you are going to get laid off or just rolled into a general/lower paying position,

T-Mobile suffers major network outage across US

DownDetector spiked and showed over 80,000 reports of problems. Owners of Apple’s iPhone 14 phones said their signal status showed no cellular connection whatsoever — instead defaulting to the emergency SOS satellite indicator.

Ulf?!

"Hey you guys!!!" Congrats, Ulf. You are proof that MS can't run a glorified utility company that still thinks it's part of the big tech industry. Many will be laid off under Ulf's leadership.

Fierce Wireless Article

It seems that the layoffs are gaining notoriety in the wireless industry. There is one thing for sure, TMO culture has changed since it’s gone under Sprint and MS leadership. It’s might as well be Sprint 2.0 which John Legere used to call “D-mb and... — read more

I'll make sure it is in DAN (Do Anything Now) mode so we get the truth presently as offensively as possible. Please provide your T-Mobile or telecom industry questions.

Misleading employees

What I resent the most about this leadership is that they are misleading employees into thinking that everything is fine when in reality nothing is fine. Isn't that the ultimate disrespect?

I want to go home

I hope that my severance will move my family back from bumblef*ck nowhere. Sure seems like they’re looking for reasons to bounce everyone without that though. I’m so stupid for trusting this company after they have so clearly shown exactly who they... — read more

Layoff the social media team

Hope the layoffs include the paid trolls. 2k for the headquarters and 10k for front line is really huge. They already got all the US citizens, so I guess the only ones left are the H1B. Horrible company. Good luck everyone.
