Pretenders are the real issue, not WFH

The company is preoccupied with care whether we are in the office or not, but does little to show it cares about hard workers more than it does about pretenders who hardly do anything at all. The office is full of pretenders, but that is not... — read more

I would advocate everyone to stop working at T-Mobile for 2 reasons, 1, the job will eventually shifting to Indian, 2, the experience we've building is not helpful for next job. I would as leadership to do all the work from... — read more

Managers covering for their favorites

I don't know how true that is, but considering that someone mentioned it here, I wouldn't be surprised that there are cases of managers covering for some employees who don't show up in the office. Why would exceptions be made for some? It's so... — read more

Wasting money on free food

To make people come back to the office, TMO has a cafeteria for free food. They laid off people and raised cost with this waste. Sounds like arrogance to me. I remember when they got rid of bagel Friday and soda.

Time to go - just waiting to find the right spot

Sigh - It's been a tough long 12 years. Started literally as a part time 2. Now - I realized how broken the system is. They don't want leaders here. They want followers. This is what you get when you hire people who are to be order takers rather... — read more

It's not just poor performers that are put on PIP

I have the feeling that among those who have been PIPed, there are too many who are actually much better performers than those who were not given this "opportunity" to improve their overall performance. Maybe I'm not right?

Not smart

Outsourcing their primary product the network. Well that’s just plain stupid. Their IT already went to India and we saw how that went with the 500 million loss. I guess Mike Seivert is trying to push TMO back 2013. Get out friends while you can... — read more
