I can hardly believe it

The next wave of big layoffs is coming? Really??? I can hardly believe it and I really hope that it is just someone's malicious rumor. Maybe someone just wants to stir the pot. If that person already has information that there will be cuts, then he... — read more

There are better ways to save money

The company could save so much more money if it streamlined the majority of processes and started listening to those of us who do the real work (as opposed to the PowerPoint posse). Layoffs save some money but we also lose too much knowledge and... — read more

Fortunately, the job market is good

I received an offer in record time. It should be taken advantage of because it is questionable how long the job market will be this good?

I somehow knew I was going to be cut

Although my performance was not bad at all, I somehow had a feeling that I would be cut. There had been many subtle signs that pointed to this. The manager had completely changed his attitude towards me. Yet still some say that they couldn't have... — read more

If we lose one more person, I'll quit

It's ridiculous how understaffed we are and the company still thinks we can afford more layoffs? I'm sorry to say this, but this management is filled with id--ts who don't realize that you NEED people to do the work, it doesn't get magically get done... — read more

Severance info

I'd appreciate it if somebody was willing to share detailed severance info. I've heard some changes were made due to the pandemic so it'd be nice to know if that was reverted (since we are beyond the pandemic-related cuts) or if severance is still... — read more

Today’s Cut

Anyone got any info on who got the phone call this morning?

T-Mobile has no respect for it's employees anymore.

Just got out of a meeting, couldn't believe the blatant disrespect management had towards the agents who were present. First time in my 12 years at T-Mobile I actually heard a manager tell a rep to "Shut up and listen!".

I heard they lifted it this week

So I just heard the man date was lifted this week? If this Infact true and can anyone share the reason why the man date lifted???

T mobile doesn’t care about people

They care about Mun Eee. If you are reading this, you have a 50 % chance of getting laid off. It’s been a few years since last big layoff. Time to create new job titles. Jon Freier is due to come up with key holder execution manager. KHEM. ... — read more

Technical Support jobs moving overseas.

Yet more technical support jobs are moving overseas. I am told that big time restructuring is on the horizon. This comes in the wake of over 300 other Tech jobs being pushed to the Philippines win the last 4 weeks.

May 23 is the day...

Here we go again. The small batch culling of the herd continues. More engineering, retail and TFB. The slow bleed is painful. Why not rip the band aid off and do it all at once so the leftovers can move on.

A layoff is just temporary stress

I still sometimes follow this forum and judging by the posts, nothing changed here. I will just say that my health has improved after I got laid off. Maybe I still wouldn’t have found a better job if it hadn’t happened and I wasn’t forced to look... — read more

Philippines shut down

What's going on with the Alorica site in the Philippines? It's shut down. Tech care calls at US sites are sky high, hold times super long.

Finally ending Vax mandates

In meeting yesterday and there was talk of ending vax requirement to get back on Bellevue campus. Maybe we are going back to normal?

TFB is a joke

They see offshoring as a solution for everything

Leadership no longer has any vision and that is why offshoring may seem like a solution to all the problems here. I think the time will come when these moves will be seen as the biggest mistake. Just saying.

District Managers Layoff

DMs laid off over the last 2 weeks, multiple in my area. Heard the number was 25% of the DMs in the company, mostly tenured. 2 Winners Circle DMs with over 15 years with the company let go. There is ZERO incentive to do well. Think about it: every... — read more
