Losing customers

It is terrible that leadership cannot find a way to stop the company from rapidly losing customers. Admittedly, I'm not even sure if it can be stopped at all? Any thoughts? Once the trust is lost, it is lost forever.

Along with the rumor about the big changes coming, I have also heard the rumor that the severance pay for wireline teams will be miserable. Take this with a grain of salt, it's just a rumor, but I wonder how much truth there is in that?
