I do as well - not everyone who works at BNY is depressed and bitter. Some of us have good jobs and feel blessed.
You’re clueless, naive, oblivious. Are you one of those people just skipping around head in some cloud probably not the greatest employee, people get distracted for you and you just smile and say ok cool thanks. You honestly like it here? I think you missed “said no one ever.” At the end of that sentence.

I did my first 7 years even though I could go to BlackRock and make close to 20k more... thn I got that BE last year... I have never got below exceeding.. I asked for feedback and examples of how I was given a BE and got the boot 6 months later :)
