I’m sitting at my desk listening to management openly talking about interviewing candidates for positions while joking about it. All this after laying off four people within the last few weeks. Really great for morale!

I was layed off in May - told that my position was eliminated. Within a week, the BNYM career site advertised for my exact position.
The management's hypocrisy is monumental!!
What location is Joker Manager?
My joker of a manager has a stack of resumes on his desk and called his spouse to get the scoop on one of the candidates who currently works at her company. Pretty sure if you opt not to have your current company contacted it doesn't give Employee of the Year the right to contact a manager at said company for the hot deets. These people aren't fit to manage a banana stand.
