Please restructure and get rid of the useless management, layers and layers of them with no work only sending emails to each other and arranging pointless calls to revisit the same issues because nobody can make a decision in case one of the crew doesn't like it. New head of global operations fitted right in, nothing changed. The systems available are not fit for purpose
