Print out reference documents you may need to brush up on past projects. Print out your most recent paystub. Print out your 401K and Pension info. Have associates write recommendations on your LinkedIn profile.
Staff is being cut for multiple reasons. Phoney Below Expectation rating as well as reduction in staff for specific business areas. It doesn’t matter how well you’ve performed or how long you’ve been at the bank. They are cruel, selfish, and greedy. You and your well-being mean nothing to this bank. Be prepared. Be prepared.
