If you think because you are working on a special project that you won’t get let go, I have a bridge to sell you. They don’t care what you are working on, if your time is up, you are done. They will just drop that project of someone who has no knowledge of what needs to be done. They will just get it done even if there is issues with it. Fix them later.

I've seen it over and open at BNY Mellon. Anybody that works on a special project is cut soon after that project is complete.
Why do you think so? I know several people working on several special projects who have not been let go yet. Just curious.
